Trinity Memo Nov. 9

Students: Rev. Engelsma will lead us in chapel on Wednesday, November 11, at 11:30 AM. All are welcome to join us.

Students will be finalizing their 2nd semester schedules this week.

This past Saturday Collin Heynen, Ethan Heynen, Koralee Heynen, Alexa Meyer, and Meghan Zevenbergen represented our school at the High School Honors Band auditions held in Storm Lake.  They represented our school very well!  Congratulations to Collin, Koralee, Alexa and Meghan that were selected to participate in the Honors Band program on Saturday, Jan. 9, in Sioux City.

There will be a 2:30 dismissal on Thursday, November 12.

The representative from NCC in Sheldon will visit with interested seniors on Monday, November 9.

The representative from Northwestern College in Orange City will meet with interested seniors on Thursday, November 12.

General Announcements:

The Trinity Harvest Supper is planned for Monday, November 16, at Hull PRC. Punch will be served at 6:30 with opening devotions at 7:00. There will be a meal, a program by Trinity’s Senior Choir, and then dessert. A board member will be contacting all church members to see who is attending. All high school age and older are invited. If you are not contacted and would like to attend, please contact Brian Gritters at 439-2564 or 441-6776.

Girls basketball will open their season on November 24 at West Sioux. This will be a girls JV/Varsity date with the JV game starting at 6:00.

Anyone willing to help out at home basketball games this year should contact Mr. Van Engen. Help is needed with admission, scorekeeping, and administration assistance. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
