Trinity Memo April 4 PDF

Senior Grandparents’ Day is this Thursday. The grandparents will arrive at 10:00 AM for coffee/cookies, go to class, chapel, and end the morning with a noon lunch with their seniors.

Seven seniors still need to send in a senior picture jpeg file for the yearbook and newspaper.

After Banquet Party Information and Consent Forms were mailed out to all the Jr. & Sr. parents.  The After Banquet Committee would like to remind the Jrs. & Srs. to return these signed Consent Forms along with payment to the office by Friday.  Thank you.

Students who need athletic physicals are directed to the Resources tab/Documents/Athletics. A letter from Hegg explaining the process as well as the physical form can be found there.

General Announcements:

The Jr/Sr Choir had a safe and blessed excursion to Randolph, WI on Friday and Saturday. Fellowship and sacred music were highlights of the event.

The school Board has received signed contracts from Miss Heynen, Mr. Huizenga, Mrs. Kuiper, Mr. Van Engen, Mr. Warner, and Mr. Westra. We are thankful and excited to have these teachers returning next year. Due to health concerns, Mrs. Burgers was lead to not sign her teaching contract for next year. She is able, however, to continue in her capacity as secretary, for which we are glad. We thank Mrs. Burgers for her good and faithful years of teaching.

The school Board is seeking applicants for 2016-2017 to fill the vacancy left by Mrs. Burgers. While Mrs. Burgers’ teaching was part-time, the Board is advertising to hire a full-time person with the goal of also freeing up more time for Mr. Regnerus to complete his administrator duties. Those interested in this position which could potentially include accounting, art, computer applications, English, remedial, or science are encouraged to contact Jim Regnerus (712-439-1921/ or Henry Van Van Maanen (712-578-1101/

Plan on a blessed night of song for Thursday, April 14. The choirs of Covenant Christian High School, Loveland Protestant Reformed Christian High School, and Trinity Christian High School will be giving a combined choral concert in the BJ Haan Auditorium at Dordt College. It promises to be an enjoyable event. All are welcome!
