Afternoon conferences will be in the classrooms, and the evening conferences will be in the gymnasium. While the sign-up document can no longer be accessed, the remaining open slots are available for parents’ use this afternoon and tonight.
School will dismiss at noon on Tuesday. We will have periods 1-4 in the morning. Tuesday afternoon conferences will be in the classrooms.

Our full-time teachers plan to travel to the annual PRTI convention this week. It is being hosted by Heritage Christian School in Hudsonville, Michigan. Rev. Haak will be the keynote speaker, addressing teachers on the theme of “Walking Circumspectly” from Ephesians 5:15 & 16. Mr. Regnerus and Mr. Westra will be among the sectional presenters. According to rotation, the 2019 convention is planned for NW Iowa.
Regional volleyball play begins Tuesday night at MMCRU. There is a $6 admission cost, and passes do not work. 7:00 PM game time. Come cheer on our girls.
The cross country state qualifying meet is Thursday, Oct. 18, at the Hawarden Country Club. The girls run at 4:00 PM and the boys at 4:30 PM. With the wet weather we’ve been having, course officials are getting really touchy about keeping the golf course in good shape. They ask that we stay off of all greens, tee boxes, and roped-off areas. Let’s cheer our runners on to their best performance yet!
Advance Notice: the biennial Parents Circle fall auction is scheduled for Friday, November 2.
