Trinity Memo 5.13.19

Students:

If you would like to reserve a copy of the 2018-2019 yearbook, be sure to email Mrs. Bloemendaal (rbloemendaal@trinitychs.org) or sign your name on the hallway bulletin board sheet.

Freshmen, sophomores, and juniors should return their registration sheets for next semester by Tuesday, May 14.

Rev. Koole will lead us in chapel on Wednesday at 11:30 AM. All are welcome to join us.

Please check around the house for books and uniforms belonging to Trinity so they can be returned.

Exams for underclassmen will be next week Monday afternoon, all day Tuesday, and Wednesday morning. Final report card grades will be emailed and on JMC by noon on Wednesday, May 29.

Seniors who need a final transcript sent to a college need to fill out the proper form (tangerine-colored paper) in the office.

A representative from Dordt University will meet with the juniors today.

General:
Trinity Christian will present its Spring Music Program on Tuesday, May 14, at 7:00 PM, in Trinity’s gymnasium. The band along with both choirs will present music in celebration of our risen and exalted Savior. A collection will be taken for Trinity Christian.

There will be a brief ceremony recognizing awards and scholarships for our seniors the evening of May 14. This will follow the music program.

According to tradition, master grillers Alden De Jong and Nick Kooiker will be doing the meat for our hot lunch picnic this week Wednesday.

Graduation exercises for Trinity’s 8th graduating class are scheduled for Monday, May 20. Prof. Dykstra will speak on Isaiah 41:10, the class text.

• There will be alumni softball (5:15 PM) and baseball (6:45 PM) games next Friday, May 17. Admission is freewill donation. Concessions will be open and serving up their finest.
