The Chicago trip was a tremendous success! Thank you to all who contributed to making this a possibility for our students. Student cooperation and behavior were key factors in making the trip memorable for all. We have been blessed with a student body that, by God’s grace, bears the name “Christian” in a worthy manner.
CD’s or DVD’s of last Friday night’s concert with the choirs of Heritage Christian High School and Trinity Christian High School will be available upon request from our school office.
It is contract season for our classroom teachers. Contracts for the 2018-2019 school year are offered on March 1 and teachers have until March 15 for consideration. Please remember the Board and teachers prayerfully as we look toward meeting our needs for next school year.
The Board is excited to offer a contract for next year’s vacancy to Mr. Jordan De Boer. We pray that God’s will be made clear to Mr. De Boer concerning his calling for 2018-2019.
You are invited to the Trinity Christian Freshman and Sophomore Pasta Feed and Game Night Fundraiser. It will be held on Friday, March 9, at Trinity Christian High School. A free-will donation supper will be served from 5:00-7:30; on the menu is lasagna, applesauce, bread, and ice cream. Tournaments offered include round robin volleyball (high school and older, $10/person), bean bags (grade school, $5/person), and Rook (all ages, $5/person). Tournaments will begin at 6:00; there will be a monitored activity area for children in the band room during the tournaments. The volleyball tournament will be separated into divisions based on ability and competitiveness, as indicated by your team captain upon sign-up: “just for fun,” “we are pretty good,” or “we play to win.” For more information and to sign up your team, please email Kassandra Heynen (kkheynen@trinitychs.org) by Wednesday, March 7. We look forward to a night of fellowship and fun!
