Students:
The permission slips are pouring in for the all-school trip to Chicago. Let’s keep them coming in as timely as possible. If there are any students who know that they cannot go along on the trip, they should notify Mr. Regnerus as soon as possible.
Advance Date: Several Protestant Reformed high school choirs will be in the area on April 21 & 22. The Protestant Reformed choirs will give a combined concert on Thursday, April 21, at 7:00 p.m. at the First Reformed Church of Sioux Center.
General:
The very first Promotional Supper was in 2005. Trinity opened its doors in 2008. Tonight we have the 17th Promotional Supper (Covid curtailed the 2020 supper). The weather looks mild, the junior/senior choir is ready to sing, and a delicious meal is prepared. There will be a free-will offering for the school. We hope to see you tonight! 6:30 punchbowl and meal at 7:00 p.m. at Calvary PRC.
Mr. Regnerus has signed the administrator contract for the 2022-2023 school year.
Trinity Christian High School of Hull, IA, is seeking teacher applicants for the 2022-2023 school year. Our particular needs are math and Spanish. Save the Date: The Sophomore and freshman class will be hosting the Pasta Dinner and Volleyball Tournament on Friday, March 11. Plan to attend and support these classes with a night of food and fun.
Parent Circle Update: This week we would like to thank all those who have served on the Parent’s Circle refreshments committee over the years. Currently Joan Kooima and LaBeth Hoekstra serve on this committee. The responsibilities of this committee are to arrange parents to bring in cookies when needed, as well as supply juice, coffee, cups, and napkins. Next time when you grab your cookie after the spring choir concert, or if you have the privilege of attending grandparent’s day thank this Parent’s Circle committee for arranging your tasty treat.

Trinity is looking for a Track and Field coach for this Spring. This position could be split with someone or do it alone. Friday, February 4, will be our Senior Night. We will be recognizing the Basketball and Robotics Seniors this year. This will be taking place between the Girls and Boys Varsity games.
There is only a week and a half of regular season basketball left. The end of next week will be the beginning of the postseason.

Tuesday, Feb 1: Away game at Akron-Westfield JV girls at 4:30, Varsity girls at 6:00 with Varsity boys to follow. Bus will leave at 2:55.
Thursday, Jan 27: Home JV ONLY Games vs. Central Lyon JV girls at 6:00 with JV Boys around 7:00.
Friday, Jan 28: Home Game vs. HMS. JV Girls at 4:30, Varsity Girls at 6:00, Senior Recognition and Varsity Boys to follow. Gate workers from 4:15-6:00 are Nathan or Lisa Schiermeyer, Trent or Michelle Van Bemmel, and Dave or Missy Van Egdom. Workers from 6:00-7:30 are Chad or Sue Uittenbogaard, Seth or Mary Vis and Brian or Stephanie Van Engen.
