Students:
This Friday, January 21, the sophomores will be attending Your Future @ Work, a career exploration event for Sioux County high schools hosted by NCC in Sheldon.
The add/drop period for this semester is finished. We look forward to a profitable semester of covenant instruction.
Seniors and senior parents, we approach the time of year where we need senior portraits for the yearbook. Once you have a senior picture, please email a copy to Maddy Van Ginkel (mvanginkel@trinitychs.org). Doing this now allows us to have enough time for the pictures to be approved and for us to get the yearbook pages done in a timely manner. Thank you! Journalism class
The all-school trip to the Chicago area is approaching! The dates are Thursday and Friday, March 17 and 18, with an arrival back in Hull early Saturday morning. Look for more information to come!
General:
Teachers are completing ‘Letters of Intent’ this week. This communicates to the Board teachers’ intentions for the next school year. Please remember the Board and staff during this time. Actual teaching contracts are issued March 1.
Have you been checking out the display case in the hallway? Teachers, by rotation, have been displaying items that reveal a more personal side about themselves. Check it out sometime. Miss Huisken has the current display.
Parent Circle Update:
Last week there was information on the concessions committee. This week we will highlight one more Parent’s circle committee that has served Trinity well over the years. Jill De Boer, Nancy Gritters, and Heather Hoksbergen currently serve on the Apparel Committee. This committee works with local apparel companies to approve designs for apparel as well as promote the online apparel stores. They typically have five different times to order throughout the year, as well as special orders (ex. A Trinity team makes state). Next time you are at a Trinity sporting event look around at all the different Trinity apparel that has come from this committee and let us continue to appreciate this committee’s work as we show our support of Trinity Christian High School through our attire.
