Rev. Brummel will lead us in chapel on Wednesday, February 9. All are welcome to join us.
This week Tuesday, Feb. 8, a number of students will be attending a construction simulation at Van Zee Enterprises in Rock Valley. The simulations will take about an hour.
There will be a 2:30 dismissal on Thursday, February 10. There will not be school on Monday, February 21, in observation of President’s Day.
The bzBots gave a great showing this past Saturday in Sioux Center at the Western Iowa Super Qualifier, taking 2nd place in the championship, 1st place Design Award, and 2nd place Innovate Award. This means the bzBots are moving on to the Iowa Championship in Coralville, IA which will take place on Feb. 18 and 19. Way to go Trinity Robotics!
Junior parents, ACT registration for the April 2 ACT test is open this month. The last day to register without a late fee will be February 25. Please look for an email this week from Mrs. Bloemendaal with more details.

Trinity Christian High School of Hull, IA, is seeking teacher applicants for the 2022-2023 school year. Our particular needs are math and Spanish. Parent Circle Update: In the last few memos, the labors of a few committees have been highlighted. There are two committees from the Parents Circle that are currently empty and will need to be filled in the coming months. The Harvest Sale committee, as well as the Harvest Sale food committee will need new committee members as the Parents Circle typically sponsors the harvest sale in the fall of even years. Please consider serving on this or other committees in our group effort to serve Trinity Christian High School and our heavenly Father.

Trinity is looking for a Track and Field coach for this Spring. This position could be split with someone or do it alone. THANK YOU! As we close out the 2021-2022 regular basketball season, I would like to thank everyone that helped out in any way throughout the season. Those that took gate, did books, ran the scoreboard, swept the gym floor, filmed the games, worked in concessions, played in pep band, fired up the crowd and any other help is GREATLY appreciated. It takes a lot of work to host games and the extra hands are all appreciated.
Basketball this week:
We finish up the regular season play this week on Tuesday, Feb 8, at Remsen St. Mary’s. JV Boys will begin at 4:30, Varsity Girls at 6 and Varsity Boys to follow. Bus will leave at 3:00 p.m.
Girls’ Post season play begins on Thursday, Feb 10, at Gehlen Catholic. Game will begin at 7:00 p.m. IGHSAU regulation requires ticket sales to be ALL online again like in Softball, Baseball, and Volleyball.
