Students:
The NCC rep will be at Trinity this Tuesday, Feb. 15, to speak with admitted seniors about their scholarships and to answer any questions they may have about their next steps towards college.
This Tuesday, Feb. 15, is also job shadow day! Each member of the junior class will be going to an individual job shadow for the afternoon, from about 12:30 to 3:00. Their experiences will extend over Lyon, Sioux, and O’Brien Counties. We hope this will be a profitable opportunity for all of them.
Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for this week Wednesday, February 16. School will dismiss at noon. Teachers will be available for conferences in the afternoon from 12:15 to 4:00 p.m. and in the evening from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. There will not be a schedule made, so just come and meet with teachers as you are able. Afternoon conferences will be held in classrooms while the evening conferences will be held in the gymnasium.

Parent Circle Update: Since the beginning of the calendar year, there have been memo updates about different Parent’s Circle committees, and a committee that has not been mentioned yet is the Kitchen Committee. This committee currently consists of Heather Hoksbergen, Jill Maassen, and Patty Pollema. The Kitchen Committee’s main duty is keeping inventory of kitchen items. They remove old and broken items and replace them with new items needed for the kitchen. Recently they replaced many of the dishcloths and towels in the kitchen. Let us all thank this committee for their labors as they perform a needed activity for Trinity Christian High School.
