Memo 5.8.23

Trinity-Memo-5.8.23

The seniors had a safe and enjoyable time on their class trip to Minneapolis last Thursday and Friday.

This is our final complete week of classes. Teachers and students covet your prayers that we may labor with diligence all the way to the end of the year.

There will be a regular school day for freshmen through juniors next week Monday, May 15. Semester exams will be on Tuesday through Thursday. The exam schedule can be found on the school’s website.

Seniors will have a class breakfast next Monday morning and then come to Trinity for graduation rehearsal. They should be finished with rehearsal by late morning. Seniors will receive a more detailed itinerary for Monday this afternoon.

Graduation exercises for Trinity’s 12th graduating class will be on Monday, May 15 at 7:00 p.m. It will be in the school gymnasium. Prof. Cammenga will address the class, basing his speech on the class text of Romans 12:2.

Trinity Christian will present its final music program for the school year tonight beginning at 7:30 p.m. The band, both choirs, and combined choirs will perform pieces to glorify our Savior and King. A collection will be taken for Trinity Christian.

The music program this evening will be followed by a brief presentation of awards and scholarships to the seniors.

The Sophomore class will be hosting the annual baseball and softball alumni game this week Friday, May 12. The admission for the game will be a freewill donation, with the proceeds going to the Sophomore Class. Concessions will be open at 6:00. The first pitch starts at 6:30. The class also has a delicious concessions stand planned with hamburgers and hotdogs with all the fixings and your choice of three salads. We are looking forward to a fun night at TCHS!

Course registration forms for freshmen through juniors are due back on Wednesday.

Please check your homes, cars, lockers, etc., for TCHS library books or novels from the English classroom and return them before the end of the school year.  There will be a more detailed list of missing books in next week’s memo.  Thank you for using the library this year!
