Seminarian Jonathon Langerak will lead us in chapel on Wednesday, April 8, at 11:30 AM. All are welcome to join us.
Juniors and seniors who plan to have an outside date at the Jr/Sr Banquet are reminded that they must bring in a completed parental permission form. Dates must be at least a junior in high school, be no older than 21, and must abide by the same standards of dress and conduct as the Trinity students.
Athletic physicals will be offered again at Trinity for all students anticipating participating in a sport for the 2015-16 school year. The date of these physicals will be Wednesday, April 22 at school in the morning. Students must pick up a physical form in the office and fill out the appropriate sections and have a parent sign the form prior to the physical. Cost of the physical is $30. Both the form and the $30 must be taken with the student to the physical. It is a state requirement that anyone participating in a sport must have a physical.
The band students will be attending band sectionals at Dordt College the morning of April 17. We are looking for drivers. Anyone who can help should contact Mrs. Kuiper. We leave at 8:15 AM.

We had a successful Eighth Grade Day last Tuesday. We anticipate 19 incoming freshmen in the fall.
Thank you to those who have responded to the busing letter. Remember, if you do not anticipate needing busing, there is no need to reply. However, if you do anticipate needing busing, please let us know at the school office. Phone calls, texts, emails, and personal visits are all acceptable methods.
Trinity Christian is still in desperate need of a girls junior varsity softball coach for this spring. Candidates must have or be willing to get their Iowa coaching endorsement. Anyone interested should contact Mr. Van Engen at kvanengen@trinitychs.org or 712-449-8008 as soon as possible.
The Trinity Christian Parents’ Circle annual spring business meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in theTrinity Choir Room. Are you a Parents’ Circle Member? The purpose ofthe Parents’ Circle is to promote the welfare of covenant children in home and school, to bring into closer relation the home and the school that the parents may cooperate intelligently in training of the children according to the truths found in the Holy Word of God and in the Three Forms of Unity, and to promote fellowship and provide financial aid to Trinity Christian High School. All members and new members who support Protestant Reformed secondary education are encouraged to attend this meeting.
What is the class “History and Principles of Reformed Education” all about? This class is sponsored by the Federation of Protestant Reformed schools and is taught by Professor Dykstra. It covers many topics, among the chief of them being the development of the reformed worldview. This gets at the heart of why we have Protestant Reformed schools and teachers.
