We have received signed contracts from Mrs. Bloemendaal, Mr. Gritters, Miss Huisken, Mrs. Kuiper, Mr. Van Engen, Mrs. A. Van Maanen, and Mr. Warner for the 2023-2024 school year. We give thanksgiving for each of them and we thank our Heavenly Father for making His will clear to the teachers. Mrs. Uittenbogaard will continue to handle the secretary duties with her usual aplomb. We also look forward to another great year of service from Mr. Hoksbergen (maintenance) and Mrs. Vis (janitor).

The Board has offered a math teaching position to Miss Faith Hoksbergen for the 2023-2024 school year. We pray that the Lord makes His will clear to Miss Hoksbergen.

The road to the west parking lot is back in shape and usable. We’ll resume our regular parking practices.

Thursday will be a special day as we are expecting to be visited by the bands of Heritage CHS (Dyer, IN), Covenant CHS (Grand Rapids, MI), and Faith Christian School (Randolph, WI). We’ll have a noon meal of pizza together, there will be a few mixer-type activities, and then a rehearsal in the afternoon. After the evening concert there will be an open gym for the high school students. Each Trinity student needs to bring $5 to school. This is for the noon pizza meal and we also get some cactus bread for the open gym.

The Trinity Christian Band will be hosting three other Protestant Reformed high schools on Thursday, April 13. All the bands will present individual numbers followed by all the band members joining together for a few songs. The concert will be held on that evening at Trinity Christian beginning at 7 p.m.

Our band students will participate in the Dordt band festival on Friday, April 14. The mass concert is in the evening at 7:00 p.m.
